Refund Policy for Memberships

1. Non-Refundable Memberships

1.1 The Backward Classes Chamber of Commerce and Industries (hereinafter referred to as "BCCCI") offers the following types of memberships: Patron, Corporate, Associate, Startup, and Aspirant.

1.2 All memberships are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and the membership is activated, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

1.3 This non-refundable policy is established to ensure the financial stability and operational integrity of BCCCI.

2. Annual Memberships

2.1 Except for the Patron membership, all memberships offered by BCCCI are annual in nature.

2.2 Each membership is valid for one year from the date of activation.

2.3 Members are required to renew their memberships on an annual basis to continue receiving the benefits and services provided by BCCCI.

3. Jurisdiction

3.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this refund policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Bhopal.

4. Standard Points

4.1 Transaction Security: All transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption to protect member information and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the transaction.

4.2 Member Information: Member information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purposes of managing memberships and providing services. BCCCI adheres to all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

4.3 Support Contact: Members may contact BCCCI's support team at support@bicci.in for any queries or assistance related to memberships and payments.

4.4 Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email along with the membership details will be sent to the member’s registered email address.

4.5 Renewal Notices: Members will receive renewal notices prior to the expiration of their annual membership to ensure continuous service without interruption.

5. Amendments

5.1 BCCCI reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to members via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website of BCCCI.
